I spend 90% of my real life working day trying to let people see that change is a good thing. No matter how used we are to something, it’s never a bad thing to make a change. It could be a very small subtle change, or a great big dramatic change, either way the effect can be liberating. And, if the change we make does not feel right, we can make another change, like everything its all about trial and error and finding what works.

This works the same in Second Life. We get used to how we look, and comfortable in our skins. We get lazy, and decide that changing something is too much hassle, too expensive or just too difficult. This is not the case. In just a few minutes I have changed my shape, my skin, my eyes and my hair. The effect is dramatic, indeed I look very different to how I did just 10 minutes ago, but damn, it feels good. So if you are thinking of making a change in SL but think it maybe too hard, just do it, I’m sure you won’t regret it, and if you do, the beauty is you can go back, or change again!

I have some things to help you on your way…..

I’m wearing the new Kim skin applier for Catwa from Session Skins. Kim comes in 3 skin tones, I’m wearing Tone02. She comes with two options for the eyebrow angle, and three different brow colour options. There are four different eyeshadow options too, plus 6 different lipsticks. There are also options for freckles, moles or both, or none. As you can see I’ve chosen to wear the freckles option. The pack comes with 2 shapes, designed for Catwa Kimberly, but I’m wearing Kim 2 and I think she looks rather cute on my Catwa Catya head. Kim also comes with an eyebrow shape.

Also new from Session are my eyes. These are the Magica Mesh Eyes. You get a set of mesh eyes, plus a HUD which includes 8 colour options, it also allows you to adjust your eye position. You can get both Kim and the Magica Eyes from the Session store right now.

My rings are the Tender Bento Rings from SlackGirl. These are a brand new main store release. There are two rings, Love and Cat, and they both come for left and right hands. They fit for Maitreya Bento Hands only. There is a HUD which gives 4 metal colour options for both rings. You can get the Tender Bento Rings now at the SlackGirl main store.

My eyelashes are from Michan, these are Neda Style. The pack has 3 different sets of lashes and 2 face tattoos (not shown). Both the lashes and tattoos are included in one HUD and it’s for Catwa heads only. You can get Neda Style now at Bodyfy until 24th December.  I blogged these in my post yesterday, HERE, but I loved them so much I kept them on!
