Yesterday and last night, for the second weekend in a row, the UK has been hit with high winds and heavy rain. As storm Dennis ripped through the country last night he took no prisoners, with more trees down, and more floods. And, typical bloke, he kept me awake ALL night. Howling like a banshee. the rain lashing against the windows. It was awful. This morning though, he is calmer, I think he tired himself out! Problem is I have to get up now, when all I really want to do is get some sleep!
