Well! What a week it has been. My computer died! Well at least I thought it had, I was told by one repair guy that it was uneconomical to repair and would be just as expensive to do so as to buy a new one. Having just paid for a new car, and shelling out for new glasses the month before, spare cash was scarce. No way could I afford a new PC. I was devastated! No more Second Life, what would I do! Oh woe is me! However, after talking with my boss at work he said I should get a second opinion, so I did, and the dice tumbled in my favour, as all it needed was a relatively inexpensive new part, and a good clean out, and hey presto, I’m back! I did lose most of what was on my old hard drive though, but I did manage to salvage this picture, which I took the day before the whole debacle began!
It’s good to be back though, and now I’m off on a jolly for the weekend until Sunday, I’ll see you all then!
