I have a confession to make, I’m actually pretty ashamed of myself! You see, last night I left sl at around 9pm, to get an early night. I haven’t been sleeping good and I was so tired. So, I turned off my computer and decided just to watch the news on telly before heading to bed. I settled on the sofa, feet up, and put the tv on. The next thing I know I am opening my eyes and it’s 6am this morning! Still fully clothed, on the sofa, the lights and tv still on, and the early morning Autumn rain beating against the window! I woke with a stiff neck, achy shoulder and a headache, I’m pretty sure caused by the position I slept in. I don’t feel as if I slept very well at all, but I must have done to sleep with the lights and tv on! Anyway, after a quick shower and change of clothes I sat down at my work computer to start my morning at work. This afternoon I will be going to bed for some ‘proper’ sleep!
